  • Bassloop. does not accept returns for any reason. Please choose your items carefully before purchase.

  • Bassloop. does not offer refunds on any purchased items, including but not limited to incorrect size, color, or change of mind.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@bassloop.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will review the case and, at our discretion, provide a replacement item.
